THANK YOU! megaphone was voted #1 best Orlando Pop band and #2 best Orlando Mainstream Rock band in the Orlando Weekly Best of Orlando 2010 issue. Thank you all for making your voices heard and hearing ours. It’s honoring to know that what we love to do is noticed by so many people. Humbling.

The Orlando Weekly has started their Best of Orlando readers poll voting again. Vote megaphone for BEST MAINSTREAM ROCK ACT! In 2007 and 2008, we were voted best rock/pop act and best live act. In 2009, we didn’t even promote this thing and we still got 2nd place. Since then, we’ve released a new album and had some huge shows, so we’d like to continue that momentum by winning 1st again this year. So, take a few moments, you’re already online, and vote for us and tell everyone you know to do the same!!

Your votes have taken us to the next round in WJRR’s Central Florida’s best band contest. 3 other bands, Fall of Envy, In Violent Times and Irrational have also made it through from this 2nd group. There are still 2 more groups of bands that each have a week to grab votes. Once voting for all 4 groups has completed we’ll be given information on round 2. So hang tight we’ll let you know what is next. We want to make sure you know how much we appreciate your votes. You guys responded in record numbers and we can’t thank you enough.
