You can catch 3 sets a night from 10pm to 1am, Feb. 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th. 21 and up welcome. Located right off of I-4 at 5223 North Orient Rd, Tampa, FL 33610.

Our good friend and original member, James Woodrich, is saying goodbye to megaphone. James is moving on to pursue other things. He has all of our support and we wish him well.

So what’s next? Help us welcome, Eric Lugo (Social Ghost), as our bass player for the foreseeable future. We are very excited to be working with Eric and our first show with him will be Feb. 5th at Hard Rock Cafe, Tampa.

We were to open the show playing with VonRay and they asked us to play acoustic. We thought alright, we can do that. We had a great time. It’s not what we normally do and the fact that it was recorded and came out so good makes this even that much cooler. So this one is for you guys. Thanks for your support. Hope you dig it. - matt

What do these two things have in common? James Woodrich and Matt Bloodwell that’s what! megaphone front man Matt Bloodwell is a part time percussionist, and megaphone Bass player James Woodrich is a part time Chapman Stick and Bass player in the Blue Man Orlando band. “We are there once, maybe twice a week. The show is awesome and we both feel fortunate to be able to be a part of it.” Says Matt “There is a good chance if you go see Blue Man Group at Universal Orlando, you may see one or both of us playing.”

In 2009, we didn’t even promote this thing and we still got 2nd place. Since then, we’ve released a new album and had some huge shows, so we’d like to continue that momentum by winning 1st again this year.
